Terms and Conditions

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 15, 2025

1. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Full payment is due prior to the release of materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late Payment: Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Storage Fees: Materials not picked up within 10 days of notification of availability may be subject to storage fees.

2. Product Description & Customer Responsibilities

Natural Stone Variation: Granite and marble are natural products. We do not guarantee against shade variations, veining, fissures, pits, or other natural characteristics. These are not defects but inherent qualities of the stone.
Inspection Period: The customer is responsible for inspecting all materials for cracks, chips, and imperfections prior to the materials leaving our warehouse. Once materials depart our warehouse, claims for such imperfections will not be honored.
Product Suitability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the selected material is fit for its intended purpose and project.

3. Limitations of Liability

"As Is" Sale: All materials are sold "AS IS".
No Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Stone Center disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Damages: Premium Stone Center's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the materials. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to costs of fabrication, installation, labor, or removal.

4. General Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By purchasing from Premium Stone Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the following conditions:

Restocking Fee: All returns, including purchases left at our warehouse for later pickup, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Return Window: Purchases cannot be returned after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Special order items and fabricated items cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final for these items.
Layaway Cancellations: Cancellation of layaway items will be refunded with a store credit only.
